POS systems for restaurants and shops in Spain
Nexoflux develops DianDian POS for restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. Software, terminals and deployment support are scoped around each business. We work from Madrid with projects across Spain, focusing on checkout, order handling and closing procedures that fit the team.
Discuss your projectProject scope
For hospitality we review tables, kitchen orders, modifiers, split bills and closing reports. Retail projects cover catalogues, inventory and required peripherals. We check terminal, printer, scanner and connectivity compatibility before selecting hardware. Online store and ERP connections require an agreed data flow and available provider interfaces. The proposal specifies included features and any additional development.
How we work
We begin with business type, number of tills and checkout workflow. A demonstration leads to a proposal separating hardware, licensing, installation and support. We agree data loading, training and opening and closing checks before deployment. Invoicing and VeriFactu require a review of the proposed software mode and applicable documentation. A feature demonstration does not replace that review.
Service questions
What is included in a POS installation?
Software, terminal, printer and peripherals depend on the configuration. Installation, data migration and training are separate scope decisions. The proposal lists each item and support conditions.
Can I reuse existing equipment?
We check operating systems, connections and peripheral models first. Reuse depends on confirmed compatibility. Any replacement is explained before purchasing.
